Who We Are LIMHS is a counseling agency that provides safe and confidential therapy services to children and adults. Diane Bruursema LMSW, ACSW and Letizia Charleston, LMSW, ACSW are clinical social workers with 56 years of combined therapeutic experience. We provide compassionate, high-quality, comprehensive services to the community. We work closely with other medical and mental health organizations and agencies such as schools, physicians, courts, churches and various other community members. We specialize in populations that are currently under-served in the West Michigan Lakeshore area such as Autism Spectrum disorders, Sensory processing disorder, and Bariatric pre- and post-operative weight loss and eating disorder counseling services. We also treat PTSD, anxiety, depression and grief and loss issues. Our referrals come from satisfied clients who have recommended our services to others they know looking for education and support.
